Stockist Feature: Pastaio
Pastaio, Italian for ‘Pasta-Maker’ is a restaurant with 2 locations across London with a new Westfield White City location opening in December. Their first location being Ganton St, off Carnaby street they’ve quickly gained a great reputation with their traditional pasta dishes and seafood starters. We recently visited to see how they’re getting on with our Nespresso compatible capsules.
The restaurant is laid out in a canteen style with long tables where you’ll sit directly next to other customers much like a noodle bar this gives a much less serious feel to the restaurant, they also don’t take bookings which adds to this feel. All of this comes with friendly pricing with prices being cheaper than other local restaurants that offer the same cuisine.
They have a small counter space where they serve organic and natural wines from at the side of their restaurant in this bar area they have two Nespresso machines and use our fully home-compostable capsules which makes for a great space saving specialty coffee solution which means they can still offer great tasting coffee in a small space. Many other restaurants choose this solution due to space but also due to ease of using these low maintenance machines whilst still being sustainable/ environmentally friendly.
It’s likely that you have passed by one of Pastaio’s locations across London next time you do make sure you pop in for a plate or two of delicious freshly made pasta.
