Volta do Mar is a Portuguese restaurant on Travistock Street, Covent Garden. They’ve taken on an beautiful Georgian townhouse fronted unit which was a previous Strada site, they’ve tastefully renovated to make this property fit to their theme. The restaurant is split across three floors.

All their furniture has been driven back from a Moroccan market in a van all the way to the UK which makes for an excitingly colourful interior with interesting touches.

The Duck Truck is the works of Ed Farrell, a duck born and bred entrepreneur who wanted to make a large ripple in the UK’s Street food industry; offering restaurant quality food from his airstream van.

Pastaio, Italian for ‘Pasta-Maker’ is a restaurant with 2 locations across London with a new Westfield White City location opening in December. Their first location being Ganton St, off Carnaby street they’ve quickly gained a great reputation with their traditional pasta dishes and seafood starters. We do direct-trade with Danilo Barbosa from farmer to cup, this means full sustainability can be reached and all individuals involved are paid multiple times the living wage in their country. We love their lots and have cupped several to choose with ones to take forward to use in our blends and also to be able to deliver a delicious Cachoeira single origin, in which we bought the entire fermented microlot.
