We do direct-trade with Danilo Barbosa from farmer to cup, this means full sustainability can be reached and all individuals involved are paid multiple times the living wage in their country. We love their lots and have cupped several to choose with ones to take forward to use in our blends and also to be able to deliver a delicious Cachoeira single origin, in which we bought the entire fermented microlot.
